TERMS OF SERVICE

GENERAL

Finished pieces are for personal use only. This includes personal printing, display, and use as profile pictures or headers with credit.Commercial use is not covered under standard pricing and must be discussed separately before work begins.I reserve the right to display finished commissions in my portfolio and on my platforms. If you'd prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before we start!You may not use my artwork, finished or otherwise, for AI image generation, training data sets, chat bots, NFTs, or any form of commercial profiteering. I reserve the right to decline any commission!

PROCESS

Once you’re ready to go, you can find a commission form here that you can send to my email. Please include as much reference material as possible. Mockups, doodles, and image references are all welcome and incredibly helpful (and take the time to share lore if you have any)!I will provide a rough sketch for your approval before we proceed. Please review carefully at this stage. Up to four revisions are included after sketch approval. Revisions requested after the illustration stage may incur additional charges.Commissions will be completed within two weeks of sketch approval under normal circumstances. I will communicate any delays ASAP.If a commission enters the revision stage and I do not recieve a response within four weeks, I may archive the commission. Please keep communication timely.All commissions will be sent in PDF and PNG form at 300 DPI!

PAYMENT

Full payment is due after the rough sketch is approved, via PayPal invoice.Every invoice will include a summary of these terms alongside a link to this page. Payment confirms your agreement to these terms in full.Commissions are non-refundable once payment has been made and the sketch approved, as work will have already begun. The only exception is if I am unable to complete your commission due to illness or emergency (knock on wood)!In the case of a dispute, I will provide full documentation of the transaction and completed work, including WIP images and correspondence, as part of the resolution process.Watermarked WIP images remain my property until payment is received and cleared. After that, all yours!
